against criteria given to us by those advisers;
-Following up any referral to an adviser made by us and;or
-Contacting you for our own internal marketing purposes.
5. What information will we pass on to third parties?
If we decide that your information indicates that one of our
advisers would be interested in receiving an enquiry from you we will
forward information to that adviser relating to your name, address and
other contact details, along with the amount of money you wish to borrow.
6. Applicable Law
All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of personal
information will be governed by English Law and you agree to submit to
the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
