Indemnity

In the event that you have a dispute with one or more advisers, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

No Agency
The relationship between ourselves and you is that of independent contractors and no agency, trust, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

Law
All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Web Site will be governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
