out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
No Agency
The relationship between ourselves and you is that of independent
contractors and no agency, trust, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer
or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
Law
All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Web
Site will be governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non
exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
